Resep Makanan BOTOK JAMUR
Material:
- 250 grams of edible mushroom, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 5 pieces of red chili, green, cut
- 5 bay leaves

- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 spring onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 4 cm galangal grated

Method:
1. Mix the mushrooms, tomatoes, chili with ground spices
2. Prepare the banana leaf. Cover bay leaves. Fillwith the mushroom. Wrap, pinned.
